Individual Therapy: For individuals wanting to work one on one with a trained therapist in a safe, caring and confidential environment in which you will explore your feelings, beliefs or behaviors. You will identify and set personal goals and work toward those desired changes.

Child/Adolescent Therapy: For children and adolescents (5 years and above) who need a safe and neutral place to work with a therapist to overcome issues such as separation anxiety, school anxiety, adjustment to a new sibling in the home, adjustment to divorce, and other behavior and emotional issues. Child/Adolescent therapy may incorporate play therapy and/or talk therapy to best meet the needs of the child.

Couples Therapy:  For couples (including same-sex couples) who want to come in together and work with a therapist to gain insight into their relationship, resolve conflict and improve overall relationship satisfaction.

Family Therapy: For families (step-families, blended families, two parent households, single parents) that want to improve communication within the family system and explore solutions and coping skills to utilize and create a healthy environment.

On-Line Therapy (tele-health, e-therapy): For individuals that would like to conduct therapy on-line rather than come in to the office. There are many reasons someone might choose on-line therapy. It might be out of convenience, due to work schedule, you might not live near Long Beach, CA or you aren’t physically able to get to the office. Whatever the reason is, I encourage you to reach out if this is something you are interested in doing.
